When you register a DigiArk account, we collect your email address, username, password (encrypted), and other information to create and manage your account. You may optionally provide your phone number, company name, and other information for a more complete experience.

When you authorize connection to third-party social platform accounts, we obtain basic profile and content data necessary to provide the services through official APIs. This data is used solely to provide the services described in this Agreement, is never used to train any machine learning or AI models, and is never sold or shared with third parties (except as required by law). Cached data is retained only during your active subscription, plus a maximum of 30 days after revocation or account deletion, after which it is permanently deleted.

If you use the website builder, we act as a data processor handling site content and visitor traffic statistics on your instructions; you are the data controller. If you use the enterprise knowledge base, materials you upload and your interactions with AI tools are used solely to generate answers and marketing content for you, stored encrypted on Hong Kong servers, and never used to train shared models serving other users.

When you purchase paid services, payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full card numbers; we only retain transaction references and subscription status.
